公民身份申请流程

简单的2 步骤流程

第一阶段 - 金融情报机构 |尽职调查

校长（和其他申请人）填写提名表并准备第一阶段文件以供 VIC 审核。

一旦 VIC 确认文件顺序，将向提交第一阶段申请的 VIC 支付 18 年内每位申请人 5,500 美元/7,500 澳元的金融情报机构调查费（不可退还）。

DD 由金融情报机构 (FIU) 执行。在书面确认没有不利结果后，金融情报机构将批准申请进入第二阶段。

第一阶段文件要求：

护照复印件 – 带照片页（至少 6 个月）经过公证
无犯罪记录报告 - 经过公证
带照片的身份证或驾驶执照 - 经过公证
出生证明 – 经过公证
结婚证书 – （主申请人）
简历包括教育背景和工作经历

金融情报机构清关 - 提交后 5 天内

STAGE 1

FIU DUE DILIGENCE

Principal (and other applicants) complete the Nomination Form and prepare the Stage 1 Documents for VIC review.

Once VIC confirm documents in order, the FIU diligence fee of USD$8,000 per application is then paid to VIC who lodge Stage 1 of the Application.

DD is conducted by Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU). Upon written confirmation of no adverse findings, FIU Clearance is granted for the Application to proceed to Stage 2.

STAGE 1 DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Passport Copy – photo page (min 6 months) notarized
Police Clearance Report - notarized
Photo Identity Card or Driver’s License - notarized
Certification of Birth – notarized
Marriage Certificate
Resume including education and employment history

FIU CLEARANCE - within 7-10 days of submissions

STAGE 2

CITIZENSHIP APPLICATION

Applicant/s complete Stage 2 documentation and makes full payment to VIC Limited and VIC submit to Screening Committee min 8 days prior to Citizenship Commission meeting held twice a month.

After Citizenship Commission (CC) approves the Application, an approval letter is issued. Oath Taking Ceremony is then organized for the applicant to receive their Vanuatu Citizenship and Passport.

Due to travel restrictions Ceremonies may be conducted via Skype and Passports and Certificates couriered via DHL directly to clients.

Medical Certificate
1 Colour Photo (40mm x 50mm) Jpeg file
Bank Reference/Statement – (main applicant only)
6 month Bank Statement - notarized
Asset Report – notarized – (main applicant only)
3 Professional Referees – (main applicant only)
Employment Letter – (main applicant only)
Proof of Residential Address - (utility bill etc)
Passport Form completed and signed

CITIZENSHIP GRANTED - within 5 days of CC Meeting

Secure investment in the CNO Future Fund, formalized by share certificates issued after funds clear and Vanuatu citizenship granted.
