The Development Support Program or DSP of Vanuatu was launched by the Government of Vanuatu in 2017 to raise funds to support infrastructure.
The DSP requires a non-refundable donation, starting at USD 130,000 for a Single Applicant and USD 185,000 for a family of four. The donation is used for various developmental purposes across Vanuatu.
The FIU Due Diligence Fee for the DSP is USD 5,500.
The DSP processing time is 30 - 60 days.

The CIIP or Capital Investment Immigration Plan was launched by the Vanuatu Government in 2023 to invite eligible individuals to invest in and become citizens of Vanuatu. The program helps fund the country’s development.
The CIIP requires a USD 165,000 all-inclusive fee for 1-4 family members and includes a USD 50,000 investment which is redeemable after 5 years reducing the overall cost of citizenship.
The FIU Due Diligence Fee for the CIIP is USD 8,000.
The CIIP processing time is 60 - 90 days.
